How can I confirm that my order has been placed?
You'll receive both an email and an SMS confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
Can I still order a product that are out of stock?
Unfortunately, you cannot place an order for a product that’s out of stock. But we can notify you when it's back!
Are your products certified?
Absolutely! We take safety seriously, which is why all our products have earned various certifications, like CTI Certified, MSDS Certified, and Toby Certified. This means you can be confident that our products are safe to use.
Can I order your products anywhere in India?
Yes, we offer PAN-India delivery!
Can I replace my order if it is defective?
Yes, you can get a replacement for defective items within 3 days of purchase. Contact us with your order number and details of the defect. We'll handle the rest!
Is GST included in the product price?
Yes, absolutely! All our product prices are inclusive of GST, meaning you don't have to pay any additional taxes at checkout.
Can I change my delivery details after placing an order?
